When do I get my files?
The moment the payment clears. The download appears on your account page straight away and an email lands with the same link.
Can I download it again later?
Yes. Everything you buy stays on your account for good, and that includes every future version of it. No re-purchase, no expiry.
Do I get updates?
Every update to something you own is free. When a new version goes up you get an email, and the new files are waiting on your account.
What is your refund policy?
Digital goods are delivered instantly, so a change of mind is not refundable. If a file is broken or not as described, open a ticket and it gets fixed or refunded.
Can I use this on more than one server?
One purchase covers one community. Re-selling, re-uploading or sharing the files outside your own server is not allowed. Need a wider licence? Ask.
Do you take custom work?
Yes. Send a brief through commissions and you get a fixed price against it, usually within a day.
