The short version
Everything here is a digital product you download after paying. Because you get the files immediately, sales are final. Buy what you need, keep it forever, and re-download it whenever you like from your account.
What you are buying
A licence to use our EUP, badges and liveries on your own server. You can use them, edit them for your own use, and keep them across every future version we release. You cannot resell them, redistribute the files, or pass them to another community as your own.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout in the store's currency and include any discount you have applied.
Refunds
Because delivery is instant and the goods are digital, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If a file is broken, missing, or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or make it right.
Your account
Your purchases are tied to your account. Keep your login secure. If you think something is wrong with an order, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Changes
We may update these terms as the store grows. The current version always lives on this page.
